In the totality of consciousness, at the end of the day, the seeming duality of everything and everyone is nothing but non-dual energy.
As science says, energy can only be transformed, not created or destroyed.
So, thoughts are also forms of energy; they cannot be destroyed, only transformed.
And that’s why fighting thoughts doesn’t work, transformation does.
The engine for thoughts is desires.
The nature of consciousness is to be conscious, not desirous.
Bhogna bhool hei.
Janana satya hei.

Immerse the knower in knowing, let it do what its nature is, and stop making mistakes of desiring.
Live a truthful life.

Bhogna bhool hei.
Janana satya hei.

(Indulgence is a mistake; knowing is the truth.
Indulgence is a mistake, an ignorance that only leads you into unfruitful activity, a waste of your precious time, and into more suffering, that’s all.
But it is not a crime.
There is no crime in this universe; there is only ignorance.
Don’t treat any of your indulgences as a criminal and punish yourself.
Who is punishing?
Ego.
(Only consciousness has a right to punish (karma), because it is a divine and pure state).
(Only an independent judge can give punishments to criminals, not other criminals.
Punishing ignorance only keeps that ignorance in focus.
Instead, choose to rest, be free from judging yourself.
Forgiving oneself releases energy to pursue consciousness further and reach the truth.
Forgiving oneself can be a great tool only if it is accompanied by a resolve not to repeat the ignorance.
