Fear has become our habit now. Why do we have fear in the first place? What is the biggest ignorance we have?

Ask yourself, WHO is afraid?

Ask yourself.

Our ignorance is wrong identification of ourselves.

A wave, of course, will be afraid to die.

Would the ocean ever be afraid?

Mind likes fear, so the mind refuses to accept that you are not the body nor the mind.

As long as the mind doesn’t let go, death will be a certainty (how doesn’t matter), and suffering, fear, and violence will continue.

Don’t worry about the world; fix the inner self.

Meditation is not about fixing the world, fixing your self, and living a fearless life, nuclear death or non-nuclear

Everything that comes to you from outside is not you, and not yours.

When you can objectify your own mind and your own body, you find who you really are: the eternal, imperishable, fearless consciousness.

For objectifying, you need a subject.

Who is the ultimate subject? Consciousness.

And that’s what you ARE.

My telling you won’t work.

It has to be YOUR truth.

Believe yourself to be the consciousness.

Declare (within) yourself to be the consciousness.

Live in consciousness.
Breathe in consciousness.
Eat in consciousness.

And soon, the mind will start losing its grip.

You will soon realize that you are the consciousness living in a human body.
