Experiencing the shunya state within is followed by its application in daily life.
Shunya state is only a witness.
It is the emptiness from where, mystically, the light of awareness emanates perpetually.
With its witnessing (but not interfering) nature, one has to work on their “I”.
The mind that has built up a fictitious tale of a separate “I” has to be dismantled, piece by piece.
And to do that, all that is needed is that one has to be aware.
The mind has been around for a long time so it will take time and patience.
But with perseverance and without frustration, “I” can be dismantled.
Surrounding situations will trigger the mind’s responses, but as soon as a response arises, step back into the witnessing awareness and remind yourself that “I” is a fiction and it is the “I” that is reacting to preserve itself.
But awareness is the only reality, the only truth.
Desires arise; be aware.
Anger arises; be aware.
Hatred arises; be aware.
Attachment arises; be aware.
Emotions arise; be aware.
Little by little, a steady state of sthitpragnya will begin to take shape within you.
All you have to remember is that YOU ARE THE AWARENES, not the “I”.
Awareness is silent.
Awareness is witnessing.
Awareness is peace.
In this silence will arise love and compassion for all.
Forgiving and forgetting will become your nature.
Wisdom (vivek buddhi) ( discriminating power) will slowly shape up your life, and purify your character, one situation at a time.
