Yogakshema of Jesus !!

Yogakshema of Jesus !!

You might wonder, what has Yogakshema to do with Jesus? After all, it is a word from Geeta. It is Krishna’s word.

That’s where the problem is. We have created barriers between the teachings of various great souls.

Go within.

Find the consciousness.

Palpate it, feel it, and immerse in it.

Experience its depth.

Experience its stillness.

And realize how insignificant zillions of life experiences are compared to even one experience of the profoundness of the consciousness.

All great souls pointed to THE SAME “ONE”.

Only when we meditate we understand them

We do that because we haven’t understood their message well, and because of that, we hold on to the religions and scriptures, make them sacred, and fight for them.

(To better understand Yogakshema, please refer to one of the questions asked on Yogakshema ).

Once, Jesus was passing by a field of lilies with his disciples.

He asked them,” Do you know what is the secret of the beauty of these lilies?”

“ It is because they live for today, and they have left everything up to God. They grow in the wild. They have no worries about tomorrow.

They don’t wear clothes; they don’t work hard. For them, God is everything.

And that’s why God takes care of them entirely. “

The most well-known is in Matthew 6:25-29 when Jesus says,

“ Therefore I say unto you, Be not anxious for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. ….

Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.”

Isn’t that what Krishna says in Geeta?

“To them, whose minds are always absorbed in Me, I provide what they lack ( Yoga ) and preserve what they already possess ( Kshema ).”

So, stop seeing differences in religions and scriptures.

Assimilate them and use them all for personal growth.

That’s real spirituality.
