Understanding Totality

Only the shunya state can be a purna state, and it can prevail only when your objections to whatever life brings you stop.

Desires to teach others, guide others towards a “better” path, and reduce others’ sufferings are the subtle nuances by which the mind continues to prevail.

Having fixed opinions, fixed identifications of self (religious, communal, or otherwise), only become hindrances in staying in the shunya state (which is also the purna state).

And only the purna state is capable of making you feel content; anything less will leave you discontent and restless.

The birth was not our beginning, and the death will not be our end.

If one becomes securely sure that the shunya state (formless state) is the beginning and the endpoint, anything and everything that happens in between becomes immaterial, leaving one free from thinking, planning, or emotionally reacting to life events.

h: Samdhi state is a state of Titiksha, where one goes through an event, witnesses the event, but withholds any intention or impulse to change it from what it is, at that moment.

That can happen only when one develops the non-dual vision, and sees formlessness in every single form.

Change happens only to the forms, never to the formless.

Change is desired only by the mind, and when this desire stops, in the peace and tranquility of the moment, you connect with the consciousness.

Consciousness is what IS, in its bareness, freshness and spontaneity.

Mind pollutes the present with past and future; regrets, imaginations, fantasies, judgments, beliefs, and concepts.

Without all that, what remains is pure consciousness.

Seeing the world with a non-dualistic eye requires one to get exposed to the shunya state first.

Ego is a product of the mind, and divides the world into friends and enemies. (Mind divides).

In the Shunya state, where there is no mind, everyone becomes a friend.

It’s your inner attitude that creates friends and enemies.

Change your attitude and the world changes.

The mind is also consciousness.

When it is seen as separate from consciousness, illusion starts.

Past, present, and future are only the mind’s creations (mind divides); they are all consciousness only.

Surrender duality into non-duality and non-duality into the divine.

You don’t differentiate between right hand and left hand; both are “You”.

Same way, all dualities are only a play of the same energy; energy is non-dual.

Naming a bangle, as bangle, starts a whole new way of dealing with it.

Its value, its appearance, a desire to own it, comparison with other bangles or others’ bangles, etc., start.

A whole new world of duality opens up, all a result of the mind.

The mind creates a world of names and forms, gets blinded by it, and then believes it fully, refusing everything else.

Without calling it a bangle, it would have been just gold.

And that is a bangle alone.

We have done the same thing with everything, including every individual.

Negating this world of forms may not be possible living in the Sansar, but realizing it within us, is possible, and that is samadhi.

It leads us into the world of formlessness, which exists beyond the mind.

Without the mind, everything becomes consciousness.

The mind looks for utility in an object.

When there are no desires, there is no mind.

No mind sees Godliness in all forms.
