Sky to Sky to Sky
A spiritual journey can be and is very simple.
It is a journey from space to space to space.
The outer world is made of five elements – earth, water, fire, air, and space, in the order of pervasiveness.
Earth is the densest.
Water moves.
Fire rises, and
Air spreads.
But…
The space is the most pervasive and most important element of all, in which, the drama of Sansar unfolds.
Since we remain entangled in the other four elements ( Sansar), we remain oblivious to the fifth element – the space.
This is Bahya Aakash (outer Aakash)
These five elements reflected in our minds become thoughts.
The reflected space in our psyche is Antar Aakah / chittakash (Inner SPACE).
The mistake we make outside, we make it inside as well, we stay focused on the lower four elements, and inner space also remains neglected.
Meditation is all about realizing all five elements first and then staying connected with the fifth – the inner space.
When we do that, the inner space, when cleared of all thoughts, becomes the ultimate Siddhakash. ( the Aakash where Siddhas live. )
Meditate, remaining fully aware.
Let go of the four elements (thoughts), and the fifth element will begin to be realized.
That’s called inner engineering.
