Silence

Silence

The goal of meditation is not just to observe the thoughts, but also to realize that, while you are meditating, the whole world is operating on its own, without your help, and also how little you need from this world in this moment.

In meditation, you let things happen; you are in the hands of the consciousness.

Your breathing, heartbeats, digestion, and circulation of important nutrients to every corner of the body, etc., all happen spontaneously, without your help; you are not as important as you may think you are.

Intensifying awareness ( being aware of the awareness – Dhyan ) is the primary outcome of meditation. Still, the word’ awareness’ by default carries a trap, because when you say ‘I am aware,’ the next question is naturally ‘what am I aware of?’

That is duality.

So, rising higher and merging awareness with vast existence leads one to the shunya state, where the duality of ‘awareness and what it is aware of’ dissolves, and non-dual Shunyata prevails (Samadhi).

Awareness is available to all of us for free, and yet we can’t find its source; we don’t know where it came from.

Everything and everyone in the physical world has an origin, but not awareness.

And that’s why everything with an origin comes to an end at some point, but not the awareness.

Spirituality is all about trying to reach the source of awareness, (losing yourself in the process), and realizing that you can’t.

This is the mystery of the spiritual path.

To live in this enigmatic mystery is the ultimate gift of life.

The mystery should (and will) stay a mystery.

Find this profound, enigmatic silence within and live it, enjoying the nectar of life sip by sip.

In the pristine supremacy of the Absolute silence, every thought, every spoken word, and every action taken becomes a noise.

In the softness of this silence, the “weight” of you (Ego) becomes intolerable to yourself.

Living in this silence is the ultimate reward of life, and it is the ultimate choice one can make.
