Meditation Explained
Meditation is NOT sitting down and closing the eyes for twenty minutes.
Meditation is your inner state of BEING.
A meditative state is when you have no desires, no past, no future, and so, no thoughts.
It is a state in which you put away all your Egoistic baggage and come to rest.
That’s the time you are in your BEING.
The absence of thoughts invokes the Shunya state.
In this Shunya state, cosmos descends upon you; every breath becomes a cosmic dance.
Cherishing your BEING is meditation, and you can be in it all the time, eyes open or closed.
