Meditation – another person’s experience.

After joining this group, I started daily meditation.

After a few years of practice, I started connecting with consciousness and then my life started changing slowly.

In my experiences, I found peace and pure divinity and it started affecting my personal life.

I was wondering how this peace and joy could stay with me forever.

Then I realized my identity with body and mind is so strong that is why I am not able to keep it all the time.

But my experiences were very pure. My thoughts started thinning away. I was able to stay in full awareness and alert state more and more.

Most of the activities started giving me joy. My energy level also increased.

All this is happening only because of Dr . Shah’s constant guidance and my intense desire and curiosity to find my truth.
