Meditation a free fall…
Meditation is a free fall.
Waking at 3:00 am, in the Brahma Muhurta, and finding yourself already meditating is a beautiful, gentle nudge from the Divine — an invitation to play in His infinite space.
Let go of everything: words, ideas, beliefs, concepts, scriptures—no analysis, no judgment, not even my words or your words — just a gentle descent.
As firefighters glide down a steel pillar when the call comes, you descend the pillar of awareness into awareness itself. Samadhi happens only in the present: here, now.
It is where awareness knows only itself.
When dandelion seeds are ready, the plant waits for the wind, waits, and waits — and the wind arrives.
On its wings, the seed begins its journey, not knowing or worrying where it will land.
That is meditation: a free fall.
And you land on the “ground” of the true self: gentle, soft, pure love, and pure truth, the essence of the whole universe.
