Meditation.

Meditation.

A meditative journey is a journey through various textures, from the hardness of the mind and body to the softness of the soul.

Our body and mind are material.

They protect our Ego all the time, like a soldier defending his fort, with callousness, indifference, and even cruelty, resulting in the world we see all around us.

As one descends into the deeper recesses of the psyche via meditation, life begins to change.

The mind begins to lose its influence, and the soul starts taking over.

The colors of the sky and the flowers seem more vibrant as awareness deepens.

We start becoming more sensitive.

Once one reaches the shunya state (nothingness, thoughtlessness), the sensitivity guides them further.

Sensitivity is a gift of cosmic intelligence, making us realize that we all have a common origin.

This sensitivity is the crucial step that leads one further into unconditional love and compassion for others.

If one remains sensitive, they will continue to progress, and all their decisions will benefit others.

When you are sensitive to others’ suffering, your actions will never hurt them.

But if one remains insensitive and callous towards others’ suffering, one returns to the same ego-driven life.

So, in deeper states, be aware of the sensitivity arising and guard it as you pursue the further journey from Nothingness to Everythingness.

Sensitivity is a deeper sensation; one needs to stay in touch with it.

It is a deep sense of connection with all.

Mind is of no help, because it arises only in the no-mind state.

Only with practice in daily life does it strengthen and fill your life with light.
