“I” and “You” are One.

“I” and “You” are One.

Awareness, witnessing is the key.

If you can observe ( be aware of ) the thoughts, you cannot be the thoughts, because the observer and the observed cannot be the same.

“I” is a thought, and so is “You”; awareness is the witness.

In day-to-day life, “I” and “You” are necessary, but if we keep believing that as the ultimate truth, we haven’t transcended.

Transcending the “I” and “You” is spirituality.

When thoughts cease, duality also ceases.

Self-realization makes you realize that “I” and “You” – both are ONE.

“The Father and I are one” (John 10:30) – Jesus.

“I” and “You” create confusion, and ONEness brings clarity and tranquility.
