Experiences
All experiences happen within the consciousness.
No consciousness, no experience.
The experience occurs between the so-called experiencer (subject) and the experienced (objects), but not without consciousness.
The one that knows, the one that is conscious of this
is your true self.
Experiences come and go, but they are like waves in the ocean of consciousness.
Waves are unimportant; the ocean is.
Waves cannot happen without the ocean, but the ocean can be without the waves.
Meditation is knowing the knower.
The knower of it all is invisible, formless, and eternal, but experienceable.
The daily experiences we navigate make up Sansar, while our dreams accompany us through the night. Yet, in deep sleep, we exist beyond both.
In that state, we are pure consciousness, concealed in both waking and sleeping.
We exist independent of experiences.
Like an ocean, we remain an ocean, regardless of waves.
Experiences create an illusion of the ego, which fades in deep sleep and reawakens each morning, revealing its transient nature.
By questioning its reality, you begin to move closer to the truth
