Every thought is a seed.

Every thought is a seed.

Mind = Thoughts ( in millions ).

Each thought has a limited period for how long it lasts ( like anything else in Sansar ).

Letting each thought go and die out or let it flourish and become a big tree within is up to us.

Nourishment for each thought is its acknowledgment (awareness of its presence ).

Little by little, the simple-looking thought starts taking a form, turns into a belief, a belief turns into a conviction, and eventually, it becomes a firm reality ( imagined reality, of course ).

For example, some boys may like some beautiful girl ( or vice versa ).

First, it is only a simple thought, easy to handle.

He could divert his attention elsewhere, get busy with positive activity, and the thought would disappear.

If he doesn’t, with repetitive thinking ( application of consciousness – which is the reality ), thought BECOMES a reality.

The girl may not even know that the boy has created a “big tree” of her within his mind, which he carries with him 24×7, thinking of ways to acquire her.

And under such an illusory reality, the boy will
waste his whole life ( especially if he cannot have that girl ).

( And sometimes even worse, if he CAN have the girl 😂 ).

This is just one example.

If you analyze all your habits, beliefs, opinions, convictions, etc., that have a formidable presence in your mind, they all originated from a single thought.

Meditation is that process where we can create a space beyond the mind.

With that space, we can let go of toxic, negative thoughts and let positive thinking flourish.

This can decide whether your mind becomes a poisonous jungle or a beautiful, fragrant garden.

So, an analytical and contemplative meditation can remove this raakh of old opinions, beliefs, and convictions and slowly give rise to the fire of consciousness, where you recognize your mistakes and devote yourself to this Fire of Nachiketa within all of us.
