Conversation on Advait
Samirbhai Patel: In cosmos, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon atoms are abundant
Our body is made up of similar molecules
So it is Amazing our consciousness is one with that of nature
Advait concept has scientific proof also
Shrenik Shah: Yes, our body is only a small part of the total cosmos.
Every molecule in our body is borrowed (and is borrowed every second) from the surrounding world.
The borrowing and discharging of molecules happen all the time, every second.
We are not a fixed entity at all, but a process, a river, of molecules. ( And so is every single component of the universe—all the objects, people, and situations.)
And the Ego is built on our fictitious concept that this body is me.
That is our illusion; we live around it for our whole lives and suffer.
Kinnari Patel: When you let go of the doership and become an observer of everything. The Ego melts.
Shrenik Shah: If left unchecked, a single poisonous seed can turn into a jungle of poisonous trees.
This single poisonous illusion of the Ego has created the whole poisonous jungle in our mind, and we are trapped in it.
Only meditation (practice of non-doership) can bring our mistakes into light (of consciousness), and take us out of the jungle of Samsara.
It’s our jungle, and only we can get out of it.
Temples and churches can’t do it, and neither can scriptures.
They can only point a finger; the path has to be ours.
