In the center of it all (the twister called mind), lies the calm.

The twister may keep rotating, it may keep coming or going, but the calm remains established and unchanged.

In the twister, you are being taken on a tumultuous ride, but the calm is where you rest.

The calm, the ultimate rest, is your permanent being, and there is no way to go beyond.

There are only two options in life: either choose to stay in the calm, or become a flimsy straw called Ego and go on a tumultuous ride called the mind.
