One of the easiest ways to gain self-knowledge is to pursue AMness.

If you are standing in a vast, silent, empty, dark room where you can’t even see, hear, touch, smell, or taste anything, one thing you can always do – realize the AMness – you ARE.

Experiences happening through our senses are remote.

The AMness does not require any senses; it is instantaneous, beyond the senses.

And that’s why it does not need the mind.

Mind means effort.

Realizing AMness is effortless.

It is always here.

And everyone has AMness,
so there is no competition; what would anyone do with it?

Not only everyone has AMness,
it, is is also infinite.

Only the infinite state gives you complete rest (contentment).

So, connect with the AMness.

Stay in AMness, without analyzing it, without giving it any description, without its benefits, without discussing the benefits you might receive from this practice.

If you do that, your mind will take you over again, and you will lose the proximity with AMness.

AMness is the experience of reality; don’t let the mind mess it up with its fantasized, projected-based world, which is fake.

Knowledge obtained in AMness cannot be shared with anyone; all efforts to do so will be useless.

AMness leads to a freedom one cannot explain to those still bound in the web of the mind.

When all philosophies end, when all efforts to find God stop, AMness is always there waiting for you to rest in.

AMness is existence itself.

It doesn’t need any mind to understand existence.

It can be realized without the mind.

Spiritual path is like learning how to swim.

If you insist that “I want to know everything about swimming, and then only I will get into the water”, then you will never know what swimming is.

Swimming can only be learned in water.

The awareness is hidden behind the mind (mind is its derivative).

Mind can never look back, only forward; that’s what it was created for.

It’s like starting a new factory.

First question you would have in mind: how much profit would it make?

Mind is here in Sansar to make sansaric profits.

Give and take is Sansar, and in give and take, nobody wants to lose.

For one moment, if you settle down and ask yourself, have you ever gained anything so far that you can call it yours (and keep it forever)?

If not, then change the strategy.

Forget the business (Sansar) and start living within a life of abundance.
