There is nothing like the mind that we can pick up and throw out the window.
Our material vision has made the mind like a material object.
In reality, the Mind is a process.
We should call it “minding” rather than mind.
Minding is an activity that WE have chosen to do.
Minding is like running; when we choose to, we run.
When we stop, what happens to running?
It just stays in you as a potentiality ( to run ).
So, making peace a priority is like choosing not to run; it is when you decide to rest and “come home” ( pure consciousness ).
So, “beyond the mind,” you will still be you; the only difference will be that instead of identifying yourself as a runner, you will now identify as “one who rests.”
Eventually, the “rest” becomes a perpetual state, staying indivisible.
