Half-Closed Eyes of Buddha

Being aware in every moment is not always the most effective technique for maintaining the sthitpragnya state, as it invariably starts taking interest in the Sansar, as it has over many lives.
But being aware of awareness is very effective.
Being aware of awareness means settling down and falling back into awareness all the way down to the navel level (only the one who is meditating will understand this).
The navel is important because that’s where Prana entered the body for the first time, when we were in our mother’s womb.
Our brain is mind-dominated.
Our heart is emotions-dominated.

The navel is Prana-dominated.
Prana is beyond the mind and beyond the emotions.
One can, and should, live a life staying connected with the navel while in the Sansar.
Buddha’s statue depicts this well.
The Buddha’s half-closed or half-open eyes symbolize a mindful balance between the inner spiritual world and the outer physical realm.
This look reflects the Middle Way, showing deep inner peace and meditation while remaining fully aware and compassionate toward the world without attachment.
This practice can transform you and bring you great spiritual success.
One who can live at the navel level lives in contentment.
