Our fear is the deepest negativity we all are walking around with, and that makes us vulnerable to become violent. How do we remove this fear?

Meditation teaches us to treat fear as a divine gift for survival, and as Madan said, we don’t need to remove fear; most fears will disappear when you know your true self.
Realizing our true self – the silent awareness, the divinity itself- is the ultimate courageous act (transcending the Ego), by itself (I am not this body nor the mind).
It removes (stays above) the emotional roller coaster of the mind that we normally go through, and the inner peace converts it into love for all.
The silent awareness will still spontaneously react in life-threatening situations, but not react in non-serious situations, except with only silence and awareness.
Most mundane fears are perceived fears that the mind responds normally, only by thinking of harming others, at the body or mind level.
Universal love will be able to differentiate such situations when they arise spontaneously.
Mind, thinking, is too slow, and it is an abode of duality, where TWO are seen.
The soul sees everything as ONE; harming others (violence) will not ever arise in it.
