Everyone has likes and dislikes. What message do these likes and dislikes carry?

We are quick to express our likes and dislikes (objects, people, situations) in our daily lives.
They dictate our Sansaric life.
We are very centered on what we like or dislike, and we are fully involved with the objects we like or those we dislike.
All along, we think that likes and dislikes are hidden in the objects (or people, or situations) themselves.
But that’s not true.
The beer that you may like may be disliked by someone else
Our likes and dislikes are not in the objects; they are in us.
They tell us more about ourselves.
They show that we are divided.
Likes are within us, as so are dislikes; we created them.
They also show that we are predators, on the run, externalizing into the Sansar.
Only in the resting state does our consciousness stay unified and become one.
The moment we like something, our Ego has lifted its head, and we become “likers”.
And the same thing for “dislikes”; we become “dislikers”.
Likers and dislikers dwell in their Egoes, becoming.
And consciousness is our being, true undivided self.
Via likes and dislikes, we divide ourselves.
But out of ignorance, we declare Sansar to be dualistic.
The actual duality is within us.
If we created duality, we could also eliminate it.
The elimination occurs in the Samayag state (as Priya mentioned in the DM).
But this is not a simple mathematical puzzle or a matter of physical dimensions, where we convert two into one.
There is something more than that.
