The biggest hurdle in realizing the true self.
The biggest hurdle in realizing the true self is the world of names and forms.
It is dynamic and ever-changing, captivating us, keeping us mesmerized.
But this is the only world our mind can know, not what is behind it.
When we see a person, our mind can only know their names and what they look like (forms); that’s all.
But the mind cannot know their mind, let alone their soul, hidden behind this facade.
Coming into this world, seeing this facade, and leaving, is a grave mistake.
Real life is the totality of dancing energy, dancing through and as every form.
The energy is formless, and to dance is its nature.
You watch a dancer, you call him a dancer, and you think you know him?
You never saw the dance hidden in him that is making him a dancer.
There is no way to “see” the dance, until you dance yourself.
Raise your awareness beyond the world of names and forms, and you will start dancing the dance of life.
Our mind is tremendously sophisticated and memory-hungry.
As soon as you come to know a person, the process of storing their name and form gets activated, and you get trapped.
But if you have developed the art of dancing, you will connect with the dance in them, keeping their names and forms unimportant.
Life is a dance floor; dance your life away.
You will connect with everyone on the dance floor by dancing, not by watching others dance.
The mind is a marathon runner.
Let it take the first step, and it just keeps running, for miles and miles.
Watch the first step.

Truth is purity; silence guards it, and a thought starts a journey of impurity, departing from the truth.
