Experiencing the truth of non-duality and yet living in dual Sansar, how can one deal with this dichotomy? Is there a conflict?

The question was based on some grievances I have seen on social media about non-duality.
A non-dual state is great, but strange.
It makes someone impervious (or less pervious) to the world events.
A war breaks out, everyone gets upset and excited, but they don’t.
A death occurs in a family, but it doesn’t upset them; they accept it as a natural process.
The whole world may be running after pleasure after pleasure, but they find no joy in doing so, because they are content and do not see any need to run.
They see the whole of Sansar operating within the shell of a four-dimensional framework.
They find themselves free and apart from it.
Spiritually speaking, this may be an achievement, but for some spiritual travelers, it hasn’t been.
They feel that non-duality is not practical, and it is also “boring”.
They feel that it is a sham that has trapped them, and they have lost many years of life living without excitement.
They would rather live an exciting life, with emotional expressibility, and “enjoy” life.
They also feel that non-duality kills the accountability of a person, because “duality (sansar) is just a dream. Why would they be accountable in a dream?”
What is missing here?
Why would a person feel this way after experiencing the non-dual state?
What spiritual mistake they did?
Both responses are correct in their own way.
1. Detached but conscious living means maintaining inner peace in a variety of life events, and, at the same time, remaining conscious of one’s worldly responsibilities (Dharma).
2. Non-Dual living means doership drops, but living continues.
People who feel otherwise have made a grave mistake; they have become detached, lost their emotions, and become insensitive.
That is a crucial mistake.
As one goes deeper, in a subtle way, on the contrary, at the spiritual level, one feels (should at least feel) connected with everything and everyone, as they realize the common origin for all – the awareness.
An individual’s love may drop, but only to be superseded by universal love.
Non-duality is not just a state of no duality, but a positive state of connectivity with what they have dropped, via unconditional love and compassion.
They fail to grasp that.
This state is filled with joy arising from the life-giving life itself. It is a celebration!
If life cannot give you joy, then nothing else can.
This was the greatest gift of India to the world: realizing the completeness in the Shunya state; Everythingness in nothingness.
Unfortunately, many people end up in a quagmire of renouncing the world and yet failing to find the joys of the spiritual life, losing out at both ends.
They go from Somethingness (Ego) to nothingness (Shunya state), and stop there, never crossing over to Everythingness.
Their misfortune is due to a lack of, or improper, guidance on their path.
One can only feel sorry for them.
