The Eye

There is only one eye – the eye of seeing – awareness. There is seeing, but no seer.

It is the third eye of Shiva that sees everything. It sees the origin, existence, and demise of everything, and yet remains apart from it all.

All the other “eyes” are just fragmented versions of it, claiming their own individual visions, just as a moon reflects the sun’s light and claims it as its own.
