Immersion is the key…

 

Most of the sadhaks believe that I am a human being trying to connect with the consciousness, a far-reaching goal.

It may be their truth at the beginning, but at some point, the tables have to turn; otherwise, the spiritual journey will remain very dry, effortful, and frustrating.

Once one realizes that the silence within is the true observer of the body and mind, one has to give up the observed (body and mind) as their identity and ADOPT the silent awareness as their true self.

This is the state of Parmita (described in detail in my book) – walk away.

And after that, a stage of total immersion in the newly found self should follow.

We are too lost in the form of ours, so we never realize our essence – Krishna, the consciousness.
