Ego is a Story

In deeper meditative states, your body and mind become the objects of consciousness.
That’s when it becomes clear that they (body and mind) (“I” ) have been declaring themselves to be the observer of the world.
“I” ( subject ), observing the world ( object ).
“I” is a falsity because it does not have awareness of its own; the real subject is the awareness.
No awareness, no “I”.
A sincere meditation can unveil this falsity.
That’s when one realizes that there never was “I”; it was only a fictitious creation out of ignorance, a tiny wave arising in the infinite ocean of consciousness, the ocean of knowledge.
“I” is only a Bhav (a deep-seated belief) we have cooked up within, and we have devoted our whole lives to worshipping it, creating a mental cocoon.
Bhav controls the thoughts, and thoughts lead to actions, which is our life.
But the primary basis of the whole process is false.
And just as “I” is false, so must be “you”, as “you” and “I” are interdependent.
Replace the Bhav of duality with a Bhav of non-duality and see the transformation in your thoughts and actions.
We have been serving the rebel called “I” as a king; it’s time to set things right.
Drop the rebel king“I” and put the right king, the awareness, on the throne in your psyche, and let it govern your life.
We were all born in ignorance; let’s not die in one.
