Mind is a Monkey

Mind is a monkey with a tremendous capacity to expand and accumulate an unimaginable amount of data by knowing the world around it.

Once it does that, it puts its imagination to work, synthesizing and fabricating a story after a story from it.

The biggest story of all is “I”, which is a fabricated lie.

“I” is the center of it all.

This is what we do all our lives: fabricate a big, mythical mansion in our heads.

In the last moment of life, this mansion collapses in a second, leaving us in ruins.

Time to learn the truth is now, and the truth lies in the tail of the mind.

Cool down your fever of knowing.

Desire to know is the force behind this fever.

When the fever comes down, the knower (the awareness) will start to be realized.

Eventually, the knower will also cool down and surface existence in its primordial state, with “knowing” remaining only as a potentiality, a potentiality to know itself.

This is the undefinable cosmic egg hidden in everyone, waiting to be realized.
