These promises given are memory (past) and desires (future).
One place mind is not needed – in the NOW.
Whatever is in front of you, if you stay away from judging it, trying to find pleasures out of it, not liking it, and wishing to change it, then your mind becomes useless and disappears.
In the present moment, consciousness visits you, and you are not home.
Realize this trick of the elusive, escapist mind that is stealing your joy.
Mind is a thief robbing you.
This is the way to shoot the goal.
