Awareness never dies, and that’s why it is ever-born, eternal.
It does not know the language of birth and death.
It is life itself that doesn’t know how to die, but it knows how to live.
It is unique and stands apart from everything you know, yet it is present in everything you know, see, hear, or think of.
An unconscious person cannot see, hear, think, or know anything; only a conscious person can, and that’s why consciousness is what sees, hears, thinks, and knows.
It is the seeing behind what you see, and yet you cannot see it.
It is the hearer behind what you hear, but you cannot hear it.
It is the thinking hidden in your thoughts, but you cannot think of it.
It is the knowing hidden within what you know, and yet, you cannot know it.
It is life itself that lives through you, just the way the ocean dances within each wave.
Despite all this, we keep saying – “ I see, hear, think, know “, etc, and even “ I am alive “.
THERE IS NO “I”
The only way to realize awareness is to meditate and step out of the mind, which is locked up in four dimensions, and enter into a world of no dimensions.
The world with forms is the world with four dimensions – height, width, depth, and time.
The world of awareness is the formless world, and that’s why it has no dimensions, no divisions.
Sansar is the world of forms, and that’s why it is dual by default – me and you, he and she, this and that, etc.
When there are no dimensions, there is no duality, and one realizes the state of Advait, free from the sufferings of duality.
Awareness is awareness.
It is in you right now, and IT IS REAL YOU.
Everyone will have their own version of awareness.
Keep listening to others’ versions of awareness, and not pursuing your own path will never take you anywhere.
It is only a mind’s cunning tool to derail you from your spiritual path, leading to a total waste of time and energy.
1. Finding pure awareness is the first step, but it has to be followed by –
2. Second step of realization that you ARE the awareness, and not the body and the mind. Witnessing helps you dissociate from your old self.
3. The third step will be to immerse yourself in the awareness, as if you want to go deep into the ocean to check how deep it is. That’s when you realize its infinite nature.
4. Since awareness is infinite, it becomes inclusive of everything and everyone.
5. That’s when duality of the world disappears, and Advait ( non-duality ) remains.
Somethingness ( Ego ), to nothingness ( shunya state ), to Everythingness ( purna state ).
