Who are you? You are the ONE.
As we said earlier, a thought is a bud, and a rose is its action.
But the bud and the rose are ONE, not separate.
The bud and the rose are not separate; they are part of the same process; we disregard the process.
We get fixated on the form and forget the formless process.
But when we think, we become thinkers (“I am thinking”), and when we act, we become actors (“I am acting”).
So, we keep changing roles and identifying ourselves with each role.
When we think, we do not act, and vice versa; we get lost in what’s in front of us.
We live a divided life.
We need to live ONE life.
Who is connecting all these roles?
How do we live ONE life?
By staying conscious in each moment.
When you are thinking, be AWARE that you are thinking.
When you are acting, be AWARE that you are acting.
This, with practice, will create a unifying entity – the awareness, which is a witness to it all.
This witness (the soul) brings peace and tranquility to your life, which you never imagined.
Awareness is everything; it has an independent existence, independent of everything happening.
Happening is a BIG word.
Happening means it is an event beyond your control.
This also includes your body, your thoughts, and the world.
They are just happening, without an owner.
Thoughts come from nothingness and disappear into nothingness.
In nothingness they arise and in nothingness they dissolve.
When you realize this, a transfer happens, a transfer from YOU to THE ONE.
THE ONE remains, and YOU don’t.
