Form Happiness Vs Formless Happiness
Our incessant desires keep jumping from one object of pleasure to another.
If we delve deeper, we can realize in a deep meditative state that all our happiness stems from the forms (matter). (Objects, people, situations—all have forms.)
Our mind, thoughts, and objects of pleasure all have forms, corresponding to our objects of pleasure.
We encounter forms in our daily lives and even in our dreams.
The only happiness we know of is one related to forms.
We insist on such happiness only (because that’s all we know).
We often think that happiness has to take a form, so we keep searching for it in Sansar (a vast collection of forms).

Formless happiness Vs form happiness – big difference.
With form happiness –
Struggle to achieve ( time and resources needed )
Struggle to compete ( many people want the same )
Struggle to hold on to ( fear of losing ).
Suffering from losing
This goes on for the whole life, and then one dies empty-handed.
Formless happiness –
It is all yours, no one to compete with, no fear of losing it, and it stays with you even when the body dies.
It brings fearlessness, peace, and tranquility in life.
Formless happiness is a much deeper connection; it is timeless and un-objectified, allowing you to remain at peace in any situation.
